Your management fee will be based on several factors, including the property location, the number of total units and properties owned, expected gross rental income, current property condition, current occupancy, and other criteria. We will provide you a clear, competitive quote after your free initial consultation.

The typical ramp-up period for management takeover is 30-45 days from engagement. If your situation requires more urgency, please let us know.
